Everys’ specialist Charity Team has extensive experience of dealing with a wide range of charities, from large national incorporated charities to smaller local trusts. We also regularly advise other organisations in the not-for-profit sector including CASCs and Industrial and Provident Societies.

Our experience includes working with environmental charities, family charitable trusts, care homes, village hall trusts and other third sector service providers. In addition, solicitors at Everys have had experience as Trustees and other office bearers at a number of charitable and other third sector organisations.
