About Callum Asten - Solicitor at Everys Solicitors

Callum is a Litigation Solicitor based in the Exeter office, having joined the firm in November 2025. Callum advises individuals and business on a wide range of disputes.

Prior to joining Everys, Callum studied Law at Newcastle University before moving to London to complete his legal training with a well-respected regional law firm. On qualification, Callum spent time working in house at a prominent property development company, before returning to private practice where he assisted clients on a broad range of commercial, property, employment and insurance disputes at City firms in London. Callum’s approach is collaborative, strategic and pragmatic – ensuring clients receive clear, effective advice that delivers the best and most cost-efficient solutions. Callum enjoys building strong relationships with his clients and is motivated by helping them navigate complex and often stressful situations.
