About Charlotte Barnacle - Senior Associate at Everys Solicitors

Charlotte Barnacle is an Senior Associate in our Seaton office. She joined the firm in February 2021 having previously worked at an Exeter-based firm for nearly 10 years.

Charlotte has a range of property experience with both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new build properties, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. She is also familiar with the Help to Buy scheme and the set-up of new build estates including Cranbrook.
