About Chris Finnerty - Conveyancing Executive at Everys Solicitors

Chris joined Everys in May 2025 as a Conveyancing Executive within the New Homes team. Chris is based in our Exeter office and specialises in new-build property purchases. He brings nearly six years of experience from the in-house legal department of a FTSE 100 housebuilder, where he began his legal career. Initially part of the plot conveyancing team, he later moved into the litigation department, gaining valuable insight into a broad range of legal matters.

Chris holds a Law degree from the University of Plymouth and became a Graduate Legal Executive (GCILEX) in 2024. He is currently continuing his professional development with the goal of qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.
