About Emma Court - Paralegal at Everys Solicitors

Emma is a Paralegal in the Family Team at our Exeter office. She joined Everys with four years’ experience working in childcare law and has developed strong experience supporting clients through complex and sensitive proceedings.

She assists the team on a range of children matters. She is committed to providing clear, practical guidance with empathy and professionalism, recognising the emotional challenges that often arise in cases concerning the welfare of children.

Prior to her legal career, Emma worked as a Manager at Marks & Spencer, where she led teams, oversaw recruitment and training. This background strengthened her communication, organisation and leadership skills, all of which underpin her calm and structured approach within a legal environment.

Known for being approachable, reliable and supportive, Emma is dedicated to delivering a high standard of client care and is committed to her continued professional development within the legal sector.
