Karen Young is a Senior Associate in our Exeter office. She joined the firm in October 2024. Karen has worked in property since 2011 and is a qualified CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner.
Karen has a range of property experience with transfers of equity, re-mortgages, both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new build properties. She is also familiar with the Help to Buy scheme and has a broad knowledge of the set-up of new build estates, including Cranbrook.
Karen has a good rapport with the local estate agents and aims to make the conveyancing process as stress-free as possible for her clients.
