About Lindsay Challoner - Partner at Everys Solicitors

Lindsay Challoner is a Partner in the Private Client Department.  She specialises in a variety of Private Client matters including providing comprehensive advice on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Succession Planning and the Administration of Estates (to include dealing with foreign assets and estates).

Lindsay is based in our Tiverton and Taunton offices but is happy to travel to see clients in their own homes, where necessary.  She is friendly, understanding and approachable and enjoys forming long lasting relationships with her clients.

Lindsay read Law with French Law at university and trained with a firm in Grays Inn, London, before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2005. Lindsay then moved to the South West where she enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, reading and travelling when she can.

Lindsay is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
