Louise Dewell is a Partner in the Family team at Everys, based in our Crewkerne office. With over 25 years’ experience, she advises on the full spectrum of family law, with particular expertise in complex financial matters arising from relationship breakdown.

Her work includes divorce and financial remedy, often involving high-value and multi-asset cases, as well as private children matters, domestic abuse, cohabitation and property disputes, and asset protection. Louise regularly advises on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, and cohabitation agreements. She has acted in cases involving substantial wealth, including a notable matter with assets of £75 million.

A qualified Collaborative Practitioner since 2018, Louise is committed to resolving disputes constructively wherever possible. She supports clients through the collaborative process as an effective alternative to court proceedings, helping to achieve practical and amicable outcomes.
