About Megan Carthew - Conveyancing Executive at Everys Solicitors

Megan joined Everys as a Conveyancing Executive in our New Homes Department in January 2026. She is a qualified Paralegal (ACILEx) through CILEx and has worked in the legal industry for over 12 years.

Specialising in new build conveyancing, Megan acts for clients purchasing properties from national and regional developers. Her experience includes working with the Help to Buy scheme, Lifetime ISAs, Shared Ownership schemes, and Affordable Housing, as well as acting on behalf of new build developers and registered providers of social housing.

She enjoys the day-to-day work involved in new build purchases and residential sales and thrives in the fast-paced, busy, target-driven nature of new build conveyancing.

Outside of work, Megan is a mum who enjoys spending time with her family, her cats, and cooking.
