About Rachel Carter - Solicitor at Everys Solicitors

Rachel Carter is a Solicitor in the Private Client team, based at our Exmouth office. She joined Everys in January 2026.

Rachel studied Law at the University of South Wales and qualified as a Solicitor in 2014. She has extensive experience advising individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters, including the preparation of Wills, the creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the administration of estates.

Rachel regularly assists clients with probate matters, guiding executors and beneficiaries through the legal and practical aspects of estate administration with clarity and sensitivity. She is known for her thorough approach and her ability to provide clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys beach walks, travelling, and spending time keeping busy with her two young boys.
