About Samantha Dare - Senior Associate at Everys Solicitors

Sam is a Senior Associate within the Residential Property Team in Taunton. Sam has worked in the industry since 2006 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2012. She joined Everys in 2026, having previously worked at a Taunton based firm for nearly 20 years.

Sam has experience supporting a wide range of clients with conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, first registrations and remortgages both freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered.

Sam enjoys providing support and a trusted service to clients during what can be considered to be a stressful period of time.

During her spare time Sam enjoys walking with the family and dog across the Somerset Levels, going to the gym and supporting her family with their hobby of hot air ballooning.
