About Talek Cox - Solicitor at Everys Solicitors
Talek Cox is a corporate solicitor who qualified in September 2023. He studied law at Exeter University before serving five years in the Royal Air Force. Following his military service, Talek gained experience as a paralegal at a specialist corporate firm in Cornwall, where he worked on a range of corporate transactions. He then commenced his training contract, completing the Legal Practice Course with the University of Law. Towards the end of his training, Talek joined a Plymouth based law firm, where he subsequently qualified as a solicitor.
Talek advises businesses on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations, governance and compliance, incorporation of companies, articles of association and shareholder agreements. With a background that combines legal expertise and strategic thinking, he brings a practical and solutions driven approach to corporate matters, helping clients navigate transactions with confidence.
