About Julia Knight - Partner at Everys Solicitors

Julia is a partner in the Commercial Property team and joined Everys in 2024.  Julia splits her time between the firm’s Exeter and Tiverton offices.   

Qualifying in the South East in 2005, Julia has been practising in the South West since 2009 and has nearly 20 years’ experience of dealing with a wide range of commercial property work. Julia’s work includes sales and acquisitions, including options and conditional contracts, the taking and granting of leases, and secured lending.

Julia’s client base ranges from sole traders to large corporate entities, including pension funds and charities.

Julia strives to provide a streamlined and efficient service for her clients and prides herself on her approachability and tenacity. 

Outside of work, Julia enjoys being by the sea, the theatre, and spending time with her young son.
