About Justin Osei - Solicitor at Everys Solicitors

Justin joined the Family team as a Solicitor at our Tiverton Office in February 2024 and has worked within the family law sector since 2021. He was admitted to the roll on 12 February 2024, having trained at a specialist family law firm based in North Devon. Justin attended the University of Bedfordshire and was awarded a 2:1 with Honours LLB Law Degree. Following this, he studied the Legal Practice Course alongside a master’s degree in law at the University of Law in Bloomsbury, London. Justin is also an accredited Police Station representative.

Justin has experience working with clients who are going through divorce, financial separation, domestic abuse, and private children matters.

Justin appreciates that family matters can be difficult and stressful and empathises with every client who is in a difficult situation and requires his assistance. Given that these circumstances are often difficult, he aims to try to resolve most issues as swiftly and cost-effectively as possible where the desired outcome can be achieved. Where this is not possible, Justin will take more robust options to ensure that there is progress, where possible. Justin enjoys providing his clients with friendly reassurance in times of uncertainty and delivering great outcomes.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as cooking and going to the gym.
