About Liz Kendall - Litigation Executive at Everys Solicitors

Liz joined Everys as a Litigation Executive / Business Development Manager at the beginning of 2024 and is based at our Exeter Office.  She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is a Civil Mediation Council Accredited Mediator with Devon & Somerset Law Society’s Mediation Panel, where she is Vice Chair and one of the founding members.

Liz works predominantly in the Civil Litigation Department and has a background in handling personal injury cases and monetary claims, with a special interest in liability disputes.  She also has vast experience working in the health and wellbeing industry, liaising with both employers and employees to promote the importance of investing in a healthcare strategy.  As a Business Development professional, Liz has a firm understanding of the legal market and the discipline of taking a strategic, systematic approach to building long-term relationships.

With over 20 years of mediating cases, Liz is a firm advocate of mediation being offered and utilised as an alternative method of settling disputes.  Specialising in civil litigation and community matters, Liz has a particular interest in workplace and personal injury matters and practises time-limited mediation, where no claim is too small.
