About Mark Willows - Consultant at Everys Solicitors

Mark works alongside Everys as a self-employed Licensed Conveyancer and brings with him a wealth of property experience, having dealt with all types of conveyancing transactions from residential matters to commercial acquisitions and development work.
Mark was previously a Partner and Head of Department with an Exeter-based firm where he acted for both Local and Regional Developers in the acquisition of development sites and the subsequent sales of the developed units.

Whilst still undertaking some development work, Mark is now primarily focusing his attention on residential property work, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

Mark prides himself on providing his clients with a high level of service, progressing matters as quickly and efficiently as possible, and ensuring that clients are kept updated and informed at all stages of the process. He is known for his pragmatic approach to transactions and his ability to ‘think outside the box’ to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. Consequently, Mark receives a high number of recommendations from satisfied clients.

Outside the office, Mark likes to play the odd round of golf and is a die-hard Grimsby Town fan.
