About Steph Langdon - Lead Associate Solicitor at Everys Solicitors
Steph Langdon is a Solicitor in our Commercial Department and works predominantly at both our Taunton and Seaton offices, however, she often visits our other offices and is very happy to see clients at the most convenient office for them.
Steph specialises in non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, acting for SMEs, partnerships and sole traders. Steph has experience in the following areas:
- Business sales and purchases – Steph acts for both sellers and buyers in relation to share transactions and asset transactions. Recent experience includes transactions buying and selling businesses such as cafés, garages, finance brokers, investment management and estate agents.
- Shareholders Agreements – Steph advises shareholders on the terms to be incorporated into their Shareholders’ Agreements. Recent experience includes advising companies that are owned 50/50, shareholders requiring minority protection and family-owned companies (including family investment companies).
- Articles of Association – Steph advises both on amendments to Articles of Association and bespoke Articles of Association to be adopted on incorporation.
- Incorporation of company – Steph can advise on the steps required to incorporate your company including advising private companies limited by shares, private companies limited by guarantee, Community Interest Companies, Charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs.
- Partnerships and LLPs – Steph advises clients on both partnership and LLP agreements, including advising on farming partnerships.
Steph enjoys getting to know her clients to understand their business and their aims/needs so that she can provide practical advice.
