About Victoria Brewer - Conveyancing Executive at Everys Solicitors

Vikki is a Conveyancing Executive working in the Residential Property Team. She joined Everys in October 2022 and is based at the Taunton office.
Vikki deals with a number of matters including Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Repayments of Help to Buy Loans, Transfers of Equity, and First Registrations. She has experience dealing with matters that involve Help to Buy ISA’s, Lifetime ISA’s, the government Help to Buy Scheme, and the Forces Help to Buy scheme. She understands that matters involving property are particularly stressful and likes to communicate with clients via both email and telephone to keep them as up-to-date as possible on what is happening to try and alleviate this stress. Vikki is always happy to answer any questions that they may have, as no question is too trivial – if it is important to her client, it is important to her.

Vikki enjoys helping people. This can be helping first-time buyers to buy their first home or helping couples buy their dream home together. She finds it rewarding when making the call to tell people that they have completed and can get their keys. She finds it particularly rewarding when completion has taken place after the transaction has been complex or difficult.

Vikki attended the University of Gloucestershire and did a Psychology degree before stumbling across Law by chance on finishing her undergraduate degree. She has since gone on to obtain both her level 3 and level 6 CILEX qualifications whilst working full-time with the view to gaining her fellowship in the coming years. She currently holds the title of ACILEX.
