About Holley Fitzpatrick - Paralegal at Everys Solicitors

Holley is a Paralegal in the New Homes team, based in the Taunton office. She has been with Everys for over five years, initially spending two and a half years in the Family team before moving into New Homes.

With more than 12 years of experience in the legal sector, Holley has worked across a range of practice areas including private client, family and residential conveyancing. Alongside her legal work, she also takes the lead in organising social events for the Taunton office.

Holley has developed a deep understanding of both freehold and leasehold shared ownership properties and has built strong working relationships with a number of developers. She enjoys the structure and pace of the conveyancing process and takes pride in guiding clients through every stage. She especially enjoys calling clients at the end of the transaction to let them know they can collect the keys to their brand new home.
